While totally a bare bones salon, no frills -- the app is great, they run a pretty well-oiled machine -- you get in and out. I'm always a very simple cut and trim, they always do a great job especially for the price!! Great value for service!
Had a good experience here. I asked for my hair to be trimmed, my salon stylist was super friendly, personable, and did a great job. She listened to what I requested. I wish I remembered her name, she was the sweetest.
I won't be able to come back here again. I went in asking for a trim and said to keep my hair around my shoulder length as well as some layers. When the stylist kept cutting shorter, I didn't say anything because at the time it looked pretty cute, but after washing it once I realized that unless I'm styling it ( which I never do ) it looked awful. It's short enough now that I can't put my hair up which is a big deal to me. To give everyone a good idea of what it looks like I can only compare it to some type of layered bowl cut. I have some serious sensory issues about having my hair down sometimes and now that it's too short to put up it's been causing me a lot more issues than necessary.
I came in and had no wait, the barber was ready and took me right away, she was super friendly, and styled my hair exactly the way I described. The prices are marked and about what I expected, note they are very picky on which corporate coupons they accept. This location is very clean and easy to find parking.
I used the online check-in and was next in line once I got there. My salon stylist was fantastic! She worked wonders with my coarse hair that has a mind of its own. I'll definitely be back to get a trim to keep it shorter.
I called and made an appointment for my 2 kids to get hair cuts. the person that made the appointment put the time in the computer wrong, when we got there we were treated as if we were a huge problem and were talked down to by other employees! I totally understand that things happen and if I were treated with kindness I wouldn’t have had an issue! The issue is when I got there I was given a huge attitude by the employees (WHO DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE OR FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED) they simply acted as if MY KIDS AND I were some type of burden that should’ve been there!! I suggest going to FRENCH TWIST in the mall!! They do a wonderful job and THEY TREAT PEOPLE WiTH KINDNESS!!!
Took my 2 year old who does NOT love haircuts here with little expectations based on our previous hair cut experiences.
Our hair stylist, Melody, reassured us on the phone not to worry and come on in- I’m SO GLAD WE DID! My son did amazing and I think it’s all thanks to Melody @ Albany location by the mall. She was fast, so sweet, and made the process actually fun for my little one. Definitely going here every time. He looks great & had a fun time. Thank you so much!!
